The ESRD Networks

The 18 ESRD Networks support CMS in assuring appropriate care for patients who receive renal replacement therapy in dialysis facilities certified by Medicare. The 18 Network regions are illustrated on the map, with a link to each of their websites, most of which have sections devoted to Fistula First, that contain information and resources for patients and professional staff.
